Tretschok, McNamara & Miller, P.C. has a track record of more than 40 years of advocating for disabled and injured workers.  Our three attorneys have combined experience of over 100 years and limit our practice to Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation cases.  We represent injured workers and disabled applicants from all over Southern Arizona, including Tucson, Casa Grande, Maricopa, Nogales, Sierra Vista, Benson, Douglas, and more. 

Workers who are injured on the job often face hurdles getting the medical benefits and compensation they are entitled to. Our firm is experienced in handling workers’ compensation claims at all stages of a case: from the very first steps of filing a report of injury, to depositions, court hearings, and appeals to the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court. Our attorneys strive to help our clients understand this often confusing process and we take pride in fiercely advocating for the rights of injured workers.

People with disabilities who are unable to do full-time work may be eligible for Social Security disability benefits. The process to obtain disability benefits can often be long and frustrating. Our attorneys understand this and seek to help relieve people with disabilities of the burden of handling tricky legal cases.
